Cancelling return leg of a Classic Reward flight

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone has cancelled the return leg of a Classic Reward flight.

I have a flight from Syd to YVR and return, and i've made other arrangements for the return leg. Was wondering if this is possible via the Call Centre?

Yes perfectly doable, but you will have to brave the call center!

For Classic Flight Reward flight bookings, as long as your trip hasn't commenced you can cancel or add sectors to your booking. If you need to cancel after your travel has commenced, any un-flown sectors are forfeited. As noted above, you will need to go through the call centre to do this.
