Hi all,

I'm flying on QF8405 on Thursday with carry on only and I plan on staying airside overnight on the Thursday night in Singapore and taking the early morning JQ flight on Friday from SIN - KUL.

Do you know whether there is a way I can get the boarding pass for the JQ flight be issued in Melbourne or do I need to find a transfer desk in Singapore? I am landing in at midnight so I am a little worried that the transfer desk won't be manned and I will have to cross the border so I can check in again which is a pain in the behind!

Cheers,
JDog

EK can issue it in MEL. I have done the exact same thing, albeit all on one ticket. If the 3K flight is ticketed separately, then not sure.

If it's ticketed separately (and hopefully it is if you want points etc ) then OLCI is available, KUL is on the 3K no checkin at airport required list assuming the OP has an Aussie passport
