Can I Hilton triple dip?

Just wondering, if I book Hilton on Qantas hotels site do I get QFF points, and then still qualify for HHGold exec floor upgrade if I book basic room and also still double dip points? Or am I being a tad greedy?

You may well be a little greedy but an interesting thought just the same.

The snag may be in getting the HHonors number in the QF Hotel booking or does one put a request to HHonors for a missing stay? Not going to be easy when hotel stay has already credited to another FF program.

Your paying Qantas Holidays for your stay not Hilton so i doubt it, never any harm in trying though

No Hilton points/double dipping if booked through Qantas hotel website and it won't credit as a "qualifying stay" so I would imagine it may not allow the upgrade either... I would be silver so far this year except that a 3 day stay booked on Qantas hotels didn't count.
