can I book Air new zealand flight with krisflyer miles online?

I have enough krisflyer miles to book ADL- Auckland redemption on Air new zealand. When I try and enter this online it always says there is no availability. Do I need to make a call to the call centre to book an Air new Zealand redemption flight, or if it is not coming up online is it because there is no reward bookings available?? I can do dummy booking on Singapore Airlines flights with lots of availability but I don't want to go to Singapore!
 
You can't do it online.

Either contact the call centre or complete the reservation request form you download from the Singapore site and send it to them.
