Had an issue earlier this week with an interest charge which appeared on my statement. I was surprised to see hat when I called the main westpac line at at 8:30pm that they no longer were able to assist me.
For the past few years Westpac have always had staff available to assist with these sort of enquiries from early morning to late late at night when I've called.
No major problem, just a change that wasn't announced. Full call centre capabilities are now 8am-8pm which is still good.
