Does anyone know what calculation SQ use to work out the mileage cost of doing a mixed class booking? With some of the F awards opening up on Thursday, thinking of treating Mrs Pozza to our first and probably only F experience. Being from PER though no F out or in.

I apologise if this has been answered before, I had a look but couldn't find an answer. Also asked an agent on the phone before and she wasn't able to tell me until the booking was complete, which I obviously can't do yet.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Well the lack of replies should answer it for you "Does anyone know?"

If you ever find out, please report back.

Is the only way to book a mixed class redemption by calling up (and therefore losing the 15% discount)? I am looking into a mixed SQ J/MI Y redemption.

SQ removed mixed class bookings when they installed the new website. The only way is to do it in seperate segments sorry to say.

I also doubt you will get 2 F Savers on one flight, even with the new rules

Afraid so. A mixed class booking I believe is now a fare charged at the higher class.

As for the 15% online discount explain that you are trying to do it on the website and just need their assistance. If you don't get the 15% the first time, you can call back on a different shift and a different CSO.

I would be happy with that. Thanks!
