Bye Bye St Hallet GST, replaced by a 2011 Shiraz

Looks like both MEL and SYD have changed to a 2011 Shiraz from the 2008 GST, luckily got the last bottle in MEL this afternoon, cest la vie.

4 unopened and 2 opened bottles of StHallets GST lined up today at MEL today.

SYD has a "Faith" drop.

Must have found some more

I have a real soft spot fpr St.Hallets.It is the reason I passed my clinical exams.

The Faith is a cheaper wine, hopefully the GST can hang around for a while, it's very nice.

Whilst not a wine drinker I have heard that the GST is rather taxing on the palate. I guess if you believe hard enough the Faith can be a good wine.
