Interesting that the number is not capped at 250,000 QFF points. There must have been a change of policy.

My experience of buying a car from a dealership that offered Qantas Points, was that - the moment you started to negotiate on price, the points came off the table. I would expect a real estate agent to operate with the same mindset, once you start to reduce their commission by reducing the price, you won't get points anymore.

IMO Qantas Points, in this situation, are a marketing lure - designed to get you in the door, and then pay full price for something where you would normally negotiate a discount :idea:
