Business Lite Fares

Just wanted to double check that lounge access and seat selection are still available to pax with OWE status travelling on Business Lite fares. Looking to book ex CGK to Europe for Sept 2026 and Qatar is very competitively priced but keen to have lounge access and seat selection. Anyone with recent experience on this?
