Business class on JAL

I'm not sure if this is the right place.

I booked my business class tickets for BNE-SYD-NRT-SYD-BNE recently.

BNE-SYD - is in business class (I)

SYD-NRT - business class (I)

NRT-SYD - business class (I)

but SYD-BNE is in economy.

I'm not too fussed, but I would like the extra 20SCs that comes with paying for the business class airfare (and when I booked an identical flight on QF in January, they were all business class domestic seats). Also, coming off an overnight flight and going straight to work, it's a little nicer in business! Can I ring someone and get that changed? Do I ring JAL? I'm happy to take a later flight... By the time I reach NRT, I should be a QF SG (yay!).

What would people recommend?

Contact whoever you booked it through. They should be able to sort it out.
