Same here. Posted it in the Health Insurance thread. Husband received it and I didn’t. We had separate policies. Besides the fact I don’t have a velocity account my lack of offer means Bupa is dead to me.

Lol. My partner received a different offer from Bupa, 6 weeks free this year and another 6 weeks next year (something like that). They’re obvious desperate to gain back a heap of business they lost recently due to the media.

Yep. Multiple options for posting. I agree they are rather desperate. They don’t seem to realize they went a step too far with their email they sent pre April. People don’t shift funds easily but this time they did.
 
Has anyone successfully just cancel their existing policy and got a new one just to get the bonus velocity points?
