We are leaving tomorrow for an 11 week trip to Europe. What are other's thoughts on whether to boost Everyday rewards offers when travelling overseas although you won't be buying anything while you are away? At least they then see that you are looking at the offers.

I don't know if it better that they see you boosting offers even though you don't shop that week or whether it is better if you don't boost at all while away. I remember a few years ago not boosting anything and it taking ages after we returned home before we started being given offers again. I think we did boost regularly while we were away when on a long trip in 2024 but that trip was cut short when I had a fall and then ankle surgery in Italy so with the recovery back home I don't remember how we went with offers.

I'd suggest it would be in your interest not to boost. Bigger bonuses when you get back.

Not necessarily, we have no idea of the mechanics but boosting shows an interest in the offer, not boosting could indicate you have no interest, which Woolworths may take as an ongoing thing not a temporary one. If you boost and don’t hit it, it may well indicate a lower threshold is required.

Thanks clifford and markis10. Our offers haven't been very good over the past few months compared with what we used to get so it's hard to know which way to go . We both have Everyday Extra so they will see that we are not using the 10% off each in May and June as well. Maybe don't boost for two or three weeks and then boost each week although they won't see us until the second week of July.
