Booking via VA website on AirNZ flight - Baggage allowance

Hi Velocity... and others!

Trying to booking SYD-AKL January 1st for our honeymoon and have a question.

As a Velocity Plat do I get free baggage allowance on AirNZ flights? When going through the booking process the fare tells me it does not include baggage.

Looking at the Platinum benefits page I can see SQ, Etihad etc we receive extra baggage but nothing on AirNZ? Surely we do?

booking the ticket through VA, Plats get 2 free bags on a Saver Lite ticket, even if the flight is on NZ metal.
