Booking problem - HELP!!

We have 3 FF seats booked Sydney to Nadi next April and have changed our minds and want to go to Port Vila instead. I rang the FF centre and he said he can't get me 3 seats - but when I search online they are available, they just wont for some reason let me book them.

The message I get is "these seats are no longer available", and it happens with every date I pick. My preferred date always appears as available when I search though - just wont let me go throught o actually booking it. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it something to do with our existing booking? thsi has never happened to me before - if the date is unavailable I just get "sorry no seats (or not enough seats) available on that date". WTF is going on?

Where are you looking at the Sydney - Vila availability? The QFFF award booking engine, or some othr availability tool?

Problem solved

Apparently there is a problem with the Air Naviti server that is causignt he problem. When you search it shows all seats as ebing avaiable as awards, but when you go to actually book it will not let you complete. QFF have logged the problem, but still no wiser on whether or not we will get to make the changes we want or not.
