Hi all, I am trying to book a multi city flight BNE-LAX then LAX-SYD with Premium saver on the 1st leg and then Economy saver the 2nd leg but can't find how to do this online! I have called VA and they said they can do it but won't accept the promo code.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks!

Use the mobile version of the website by going to https://mobile.virginaustralia.com
The downside is you can't do seat selection whilst you book, so once you have completed the booking go through the normal Velocity site to do seat selection.

Multi-city bookings don't work yet for international travel. You may have to create two separate bookings..

They seem to have tightened this up, so if you select Premium Saver on outbound it will only offer Flexi coming back.

Sorry I misread and thought it was BNE - LAX return. As its a mutileg it can't be done on the mobile site.

Afriad its calling Virgin and seeing if you get someone who will accept the promo code or using a travel agent which won't accept promo code. Try this site for pricing -> https://Broadway.sabreexplore.com.au

in this scenario you can on the Virgin website, it's been raised in another thread.

One way bookings on international flights is normally more expensive than a return.

Oh okay, wasn't aware. Good to know.
