CX138 Seat 12A - good choice?
CX161 Seat 17K - again good choice?

Both apparently window seats, with aisle access. CX online seat selection indicates 1-2-1 config, which I assume means new business?

New layout is great - if you have an iPad with the right cable you can route your iPad through the IFE.

I don't like being as far back as row 17 though ;)

Whats an iThing?? ;)

Both overnight flights and I think I'll be trying to get some serious shut-eye anyhow.

Well it was row 17 window, or row 11 inside Aisle.. I want the widow this time! Will keep an eye on availability closer to the time.

Oh the drama..

So my trip has now been deferred until January or February next year..it should mean the fare will be kept in credit against a future Cathay flight, so all is not lost.
