Trying to get as much info from experienced AFF shoppers that have been there on the day!
 
Shop, shop, and shop a bit more!

seriously though, I only made it at the end of the day, but awesome discounts and the shops are open quite late.

Mrsdrron has not shopped on black Friday but certainly on other major holidays.
Only one bit of advice-get there early as the crowds are incredible.
Went to a mall outside of Chicago one Labor day sale.Mall opened at 1100.We got there at 1030 and just got a park.When we left at 1230 the line to get into the car park was over a mile long.
