I have trouble sleeping on flights. My last flight I booked a window seat and took my own pillow on board ...still no luck.

Can anyone recommend a good travel pillow I have been researching and saw one that looked like a neck brace that I thought might have some potential.

I would love some tips from experienced travellers and apologies if this already been asked as I am a novice

Try a small memory foam of some quality.
