Best OW lounge in HK, LHR

Hello.

Travelling through HK and LHR on CX later this year and am QF Platinum.

Can you recommend which are the best lounges to use at HK and LHR?

My own personal favourites are
HKG The Wing F
LHR T3 BA Galleries F

The Wing F is spacious, great cabanas for having a soak. Not a big fan of the Champagne served or the Uni Cafeteria fit-out of The Haven but the a-la-carte menu is quite good.
LHR T3 is going downhill these days but the best layout, fizzy and overall ambience is the BA F Lounge.

Both places are pretty easy to lounge hop in if you have the time.

I agree with her majesty. The Wing is the best by far, could be abit of a walk though depending on where your gate is situated. But you could use that to walk off the delicious food you've just eaten.

The Wing F as others have said for HK - dont eat in the restaurant if its too busy, just do what I do and take a plate out to the lounges - there is also a section to the left when you walk out of the restaurant that is generally quieter as its treated as an overflow area.

At LHR T3 BA F is good, avoid the CX lounge (although it is better for plane spotting if thats your bag)

No doubt about it the CX F Wing, was in there with Mrs Lime lat Sat. for couple hours.

Can someone please point out to me what I am missing when we are sitting in the Wing F lounge during our HKG lounge crawl?

As for HKG:
I have been to The Wing F lounge twice now. Admittedly I have never managed to get inside a cabana, but I still really prefer The Pier F lounge. It has more of that enclosed, slightly dark old club feel. The Wing feels a bit to open and part of the concourse to me. Most people seem to prefer The Wing though.
