Best new J class seats?

Just booked my first flight sin " the business" and wondered if any seats have (dis)advantages?
In particular are the 1st row seats any better? Extra legroom?

Nope – they're really all the same. The only difference is proximity to galleys, so centre of cabin is usually safer on night flights.
