Best Conversion $ to Velocity - VISA or MC

Looking for a credit card that converts $1 to 1 velocity point. Virgin Money is good but too expensive. Coles master card with bonus is ok. are there any others without paying $300+ with little benefit

ANZ Rewards Black offers 37,500 opening bonus and $1:1 to Velocity up to $5k per month. No annual fee for the first year (expensive after that so cancel it and move on).

In the visa / mc domain I’d definitely recommend the Coles Rewards MC, especially if you plan on doing any international travel or spend in foreign currencies.
