Beady eyes needed - any hidden traps?

I really hope this is not monopolising the thread - just tell me if it is.

My last post was about finding travel insurance and one that did not apply depreciation

well I think I actually have found one - AAMI

they have a 180 day maximum, but this can be extended

This is actually an interesting idea becuase the first part of the journey is in the UK/Asia but not Japan & the last part is in the US and japan

So if anyone feels inclined I would love someone to cast a beady eye over AAMI's travel insurance

It might suit other travellers as well - and it came out quite well costwise too

Edit - I did notice that it does not cover cash, and there is no reference to coverage of vehicle excesses
