There's also Asiana and Korean Air via ICN.

Otherwise, you could fly to CGK, KUL or BKK and pick up Uzbekistan Airways to TAS. Or fly to HKT or BKK and pick up Air Astana (via ALA).

We are going to TAS with KE - SYD - ICN - TAS in a couple of months. Tagging along with friends who have been to TAS a few times. They have been invited to a wedding, and apparently we are invited as well. Should be interesting.
