Bangkok Lounges

Flying UL next month to LHR via Colombo departing From Bangkok, any advice on Lounges and what Lounges to avoid, if any,?Thanks in Adavance.

I flew UL BKK-CMB earlier this year. Without question the best OW lounge in BKK is the CX lounge. Very pleasant.

Assume your on the morning flight to connect with the lunchtime UL flight to LHR.

If so CX would be the choice lounge, near new and very nice.
Your only other choice (and the only choice for the evening flights on some days) would be the third party Louis Tavern lounge that UL should give you access to via your QF Gold (or COS - you didn't mention cabin or time) or depending on the time you could go to the JL lounge but its not much

Ya sorry about times,leave on the morning flight in J class, and yes will our Gold Status.

Honestly don't bother lounge hopping CX is a mile ahead of anyone else
