I know alot of you guys and gals are Bangkok regulars. I'm going to be there over Easter and was wondering if anyone was around there that time too we can catch up for numerous drinks and/or dinners.

We will be "Beach Whaling" at the Conrad, awesome rates at the moment over Easter and would love to see fellow AFFer's there!

Sadly a month too early for me. I'll be there from 26-30 April en route to London.

Then back there 10-17 August.

I'll be in Thailand from 17 March - 27 March.

Will more than likely be playing golf with Brisbane Flyer near BKK airport on 25 March. Haven't decided yet but more than likely going to Chiang Mai that evening.

If you are interested in heading down to Ladkrabang Friday afternoon/evening my wife and I would love to meet you and your lovely wife again.

Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit.

I have had a chat with my wife and she is happy to stay in Bangkok on Friday night 25 March and we'll head off to Chiang Mai Saturday morning. More than likely staying in Hilton Sukhumvit or Conrad and we should have lounge access so we like to have drinks/canapes in the lounge first.

As discussed via sms to vitagen we could meet somewhere in Sukhumvit for a drink/dinner around 7:30pm-8:00pm. Londoner or Dubliner are an option and they may also have 15% discount if paying by Amex.

Yes the Sheraton so somewhere on Sukhumvit would be good.
The Zika virus has been around in Asia for 50-60 years with no reports of microcephaly so if the Brazil reports are correct it may be a different strain.There are also reports of Australians returning home with Zika infections.

Holiday Inn Sukhumvit booked for 25 March. Where do we meet? From what I can see the Londoner is closed. I also have a night booked there on 20 March so will have a look around. Somewhere nice and quiet would suit us best.

I agree, somewhere nice and quiet - the Holiday Inn is not to far from the Sheraton Grande so somewhere close there would be ideal !!

It is opposite Holiday Inn Sukhumvit 22. Can choose to sit downstairs or upstairs. Drinks reasonably priced with beer around 95 baht and wine not much more. There is a mix of cuisine with Tapas, pasta and Thai.
