Baggage transfer

Hey, travelling sydney to Paris (cdg) with malaysian airlines then onto aberdeen in uk with air France will I be able to check bags all the way through. Will 3 hours be enough time to transfer?

is it all on the one booking to Aberdeen? Checking through to Paris shouldn't be an issue but you might have to collect your bags there and re-checkin if you have booked a seperate ticket onwards.
