I have already booked my flight to USA through virgin and got told that webjet are having a 1 week USA flight special so i logged onto the webjet site to see if there was a price difference to my flights. When i booked my flight on the virgin website it allowed for 2 X 23 kgs baggage but when booking the same economy flight on webjet it came up as 2 X 32 kgs limit. Not sure if it is a mistake or if virgin increased the limit or booking through webjet gives you the extra baggage. I did send an email to virign but they take a while to answer back.

I wouldn't trust webjet as far as I could kick my computer. Their mistake seems to be that they show 2 x 32 for Y on Delta metal, however DL website says 2 x 23kg between US and AU.
So - it's 2 x 32kg if your'e in Y+ or J otherwise 2 x 23 kg. If you have status, allowances improve.
