Well, I was prompted by the message that I haven't posted anything on the forum in several weeks to voice my disappointment at BA's decision to stop flying to BEG from November 30. I wonder if Wizz air's entry to BEG - Luton route has anything to do with it.

B92 - News - British Airways drops Belgrade flights

The route is no longer economically viable, the company said, and announced that passengers who had booked their flights for after November 30 would be contacted in order to make alternative arrangements.

While it’s true they fly 7 days a week currently and perhaps flying less often might make it more viable, I’m sure they looked at loads before cancelling the service.

You're right, it's just disappointing that now to fly from LHR you'd have get a connecting flight.
Then again, I could stop using QF to fly to Europe or fly to FRA before continuing on to BEG.
Star alliance and ZUR and VIE are looking good!

Sometimes it's just easier to switch alliances...... :(
