From Bloomberg and the article has a few errors (apparently) but SIN and HKG would be good to meet the QF flights

British Airways to Target New York, Asia With 12 Superjumbos - Bloomberg

BA will take delivery of 12 525-seat A380s starting next year and is looking at using the double-deckers on high-density routes from London’s Heathrow airport to Hong Kong, Beijing and Singapore, as well as on its busiest trans-Atlantic service.

Comments on bus traveller have suggested that it may be only a 450 (or lower) seat config so plenty of F, J and their new Y+

The BA source included these
The London Heathrow - New York JFK route is certain to see some of the seven daily flights switching to A380 operation. Beijing, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Los Angeles and Tokyo Narita are also likely to see A380 operations.

wouldn't mind them to fly to SIN would definitely try them out.

I’d have pegged JFK and other busy trans-Atlantic routes for sure, and seeing as Asia has a lot of them already it does make sense. No surprises I suppose.
