Auckland to Doha via Adelaide

Hi all, I have the above flight booked in QSuites for December. Can't wait! I see though, that there is a 1h 30 min stop in Adelaide. Just wondering do passengers stay on board or disembark?

Disembark and sit in the fishbowl currently.
Not much to do there but when the airside lounge is finally completed soon you should hopefully have access

And go through security again downstairs. Because well, it's Adelaide. Bring on that damn lounge! Not even duty free was there when we went through in May.

Yeah, the two or three people who disembarked before me, all went straight ahead to transit when I turned left for immigration. So presumably they disembark everyone.

Thanks for the info, It's only 1.5 hours, so not really an issue I suppose. What is the scheduled completion date for the lounge? We'll be there early Dec 2023.

The Exec Traveller article that i read said completion in 1st quarter 2023, so it may well be open in Dec.
