ATSB report: QZ safety incident near PER

25 months after an October 2017 safety-related incident involving a QZ A320 ex PER, the ATSB has issued its final report:

It has a good photo of passenger oxygen units.

This incident attracted a fair amount of media coverage at the time. AirAsia (plus subsidiaries) is IIRC on at least one of our aviators' 'no fly' lists.
