Are these connections too short?

Hi,I'm looking at doing my first SC run with VA, I was told the best would be MEL-ADL-OOL, I have been looking at flights and the stopover in ADL would be 45 Minutes is that long enough?


Also if I want to do the return OOL-ADL-MEL, the stopover in OOL is only 35, is that doable or would it be better to return OOL-SYD-MEL?

If the system allows you to buy a ticket that should be fine.
