ANZ Travel Card considered purchase on Visa and Mastercard

I thought some members would be interested to know that purchasing ANZ Visa travel cards for foreign currency is considered a purchase and not a cash advance and hence will earn points.

When getting a USD card today I was expecting it to be a Cash Advance or maybe not even able to go on a CC being foreign exchange. Can't use Amex though as they can only charge it to MasterCard or VISA.
