I don't believe any such date was provided for this offer...it was quite open ended and available until it wasn't.

Link is still valid - I applied to the card two days ago and have screenshots of absolutely everything.

They called me twice today but no one was behind the phone calls. Now back at the bottom of the queue and they've asked for the same documents again...
 
Does having the "ANZ Frequent Flyer Platinum" within the last 12 months disqualify from this offer ? The offer sayd ANZ Rewards Platinum is not eligible. Is this one and the same ?

I dont know how you got that link @MJL19 but that’s brilliant, thank you! I already applied using PH original link, activated and switched on the auto-redemption. However, the link you shared provides very detailed information about how the Velocity points etc will be awarded. Pay close attention to the Fine prints at the bottom of the page guys! It’s not your typical straighforward “spend $1,500 and voila, here’s the points” situation 😅

Wow...that's a lot to keep on top of! I think worth positing the relevant part here:

To enable you to redeem the 75,000 Velocity Points, $95 Virgin Australia Travel Credit and 30 Status Credits, we will send you an: (i) SMS with a link to a redemption website with the Reward Code to enable you to continue with the redemption process; or (ii) Email with your Reward Code to the email address listed on your ANZ account and you will need to click on the Redemption link to continue through to the redemption website. The redemption website is powered by Digital Glue Pty Ltd ABN 36 127 466 899. It may take up to 90 days from the eligible spend criteria being met to receive your SMS or email. You must redeem the Reward Code for the eligibility offers before the expiry date in the SMS or email you receive, otherwise you will forfeit any entitlement to do so. Once you have completed the redemption process on the redemption website, the 75,000 Velocity Points and the 30 Status Credits will be credited usually within 2 business days and the $95 Virgin Australia Travel Credit will be emailed to the email address listed on your Velocity account usually within 4 months.

So although I've immediately met the spend criteria and had my first auto transfer to Velocity I need to keep an eye out for this SMS or Email...and action it. And it might take 3 months to arrive!
 
Will be interesting to see how long it takes to come through- I was banking on the bonus SC prior to end of December, I'm about 30 days post hitting the spend and no news yet!
 
I think one of the conditions was to keep auto transfer of Velocity points turned on for 3 months? So I wouldn't expect to see the bonus rewards until some time after that time frame?

The '90 days' wordings and references are pretty standard Ts&Cs for points arriving, but it's much more of a blanket statement to cover how long it  might take the bank's IT systems to actually send you the link and credit rather than a built in timeline.

If the internal team gives themselves 90 days to fix any stuff ups they have a much better chance or hitting all their OKRs ;)

Did you get the bonus points?.

I was approved on the same date (11 October) and met the minimum spend with in a month after approval. I have also activated the auto-redemption from ANZ rewards to velocity and got the first lot of redemption velocity points but so far no bonus points or status credits or travel credit as of today.

As you would see from posts above there is a redemption process to get the points, status credits and travel credit. So far I haven't seen a single person report having received the SMS or email that is the beginning of the redemption process.

Requirements indicate that auto-redemption must be set up for at least 3 months - so I believe bonus miles & SCs will arrive after 3 months.
That's how I understand it

No I haven’t yet. I think I’m in the same queue as quite a few now. I’m guessing (with no real basis) that those of us who’ve been waiting might all get emails/texts at a similar time to progress.

Gee that was quick! I will be interested to see how they roll it out to those eligible- I hit the min spend in early October/turned on auto redeem etc. and haven't received anything yet.

My card wasn't even approved a month ago. I met the minimum spend around 15 Nov.

Some further info on timelines to receive the $95 travelbank and $50 back.
