I have lots of experience with the Platinum which is the same policy.

Yes, it's only a $250 activation charge whereas I think most of the others are $500.

Did you have any specific concerns or queries?

Ahhh ok, I thought the Platinum might have been different.

Just looking into winter sports, snowboarding, skiiing etc.. to see if its worth paying for flights on the CC.... you know because Jetstar charge ridiculous CC fees!

In that case make sure you read the policy as coverage for some of those sports may not be covered. I have not read the ANZ polocy but I would suggest that you read it to see what things are specifically not covered. (ie are excluded)

I believe the $250 spend per person can be on any prepaid holiday expense not necessary to be on the flight itself.

I think your winter sports should be OK. Just check the details as advised above.

The ANZ QBE website is pretty decent as well:

FWIW out of all the premium cards I hold the ANZ black included international insurance policy is by far the best. Well worth considering.

I have relied on it as my travel insurance on a number of occasions in the past as I found it to be the best of the cards I had in my wallet at the times.

I've never had to claim on it, though.
