The QF site says all bookings made out of thailand need credit card and signature verified before tickets are issued... how does an anytime seat award fit into this if there's no cash payment?

Think it will simply be ticketed without the need to see a local office?

The same issue arises for bookings ex-HKG. Call Qantas in Australia and usually they'll sort it out.

But for an ASA with no $, it might just ticket anyway. Either way a call should sort it out.
