Anyone flown Cityjet?

I'm travelling to the UK again in March and need to get from CWL to GLA. The train options aren't inspiring, I don't really want to drive that equally uninspiring route and a quick google search found that Cityjet is now flying this route bookable through ScaryTeam AF.
It's a short flight and seems reasonable enough at ~70GBP inc luggage.
Am I mad?
Anyone flown them recently ?
