Anyone else having problems with velocity booking site?

I'm trying to look up points plus pay options for BNE-BOS return but the site won't advance passed the calendar grid view of dates (which all say available).

Also it is telling me I cannot book Bne-Bos return route using currency only points or plus pay options!

Is anyone else getting issues?

Are you putting it in an BNE-BOS-BOS or as BNE-BOS-BNE? is that why you are having trouble. I just had a go with some random dates and it seems to be working with me on chrome. Maybe try a different browser.
 
I'm having problems too, enter dates and destination and getting page can not be found. clear history and cache but still nothing.
 
Try using Firefox, download it if you don't have it.
I find that under Google Chrome, its good and fast for other things, but seems that VA booking dummy and real bookings, the 2 don't get along.
Can't work out why.
I have also cleared cookies, etc, one go after that, Google Chrome works, but then the next time, that same VA website error comes up again.
As a last resort, go with a real travel agent at a shopping centre, or other than that, maybe try Webjet.

I'm using Firefox 43.0 on a Windows PC and am able to get through to pax details without a probem, have you tried using any other non-Chrome browsers?
 
Will try again. Tried iPhone, iPad, Internet explorer at work and whatever browser my husbands Mac laptop uses. All with same result since Thursday.
 
Now I'm even having an issue with main virgin website and my route !!!!

Trying to select Bne-Bos and getting this error:

"Please correct the following:
The route you have selected can only be booked using Velocity Points or Velocity Points + Pay with Velocity’s airline partners.
Please select Points+Pay to book this route."
 
I've been having issues the last few weeks. Lots of error messages and not being able to enter information. Had no issue in past.

For me, Chrome brings up most error occurances.
On Firefox though on the VA website, J fares Au to NZ also jumps from available to a price back to available, all within seconds, so no chance to actually book!
So there are problems systemwide.
