Anybody got any idea what these points are for?

Qantas ran triple points for bookings made between 12.01am (AEST) 19 June 2020 and 11.59pm (AEST) 24 June 2020 for travel between 27 June 2020 and 31 October 2020. You did have to register though.

Is there a chance you met these requirements?

Presumably you didn't register for any triple points promo, or took a flight that was eligible, irrespective of registration? The points can take a long time to come through ....

Yes I did see and register for that one, but I get 678 points for each of my work flights which is all the flights I do and 678 doesn't fit evenly into 2400

Where did you get the 678 figure from? This seems like a weird number unless it's some kind of special FIFO arrangement or something like that - with the minimum points guarantee it should be minimum 800 points per sector and 800 * 3 = 2400

Can you use the calculator here to see how many points you should have earned for the particular sector you flew?

If the flights are under some special arrangement and you're earning 678 per sector, it's possible they've set the triple points to calculate based on the earning tables, in which case - bank error in your favour - collect 366 points from each player?

Yeah they're charter FIFO flights. But cool if they're using the 800 number for the calculation of the triple bonus bookings thing. That's cool and why I didn't want to ask them directly, in case the error is in my favour I didn't want it corrected back to a lesser amount.
