Wondering if anyone has lately had the points offer to requalify when they haven't met the legs or status credits for their current status ?

They didn't offer but I emailed them and said I was disappointed I didn't maintain WP and they said to ring so I did and I "paid" the 120,000 points to maintain. Main reason was I was going on a very last minute trip to the UK to a funeral and thought I'd have more chance of getting seats released

Interested in this. I’ll likely be sitting on a tiny fraction of what I need to renew WP at the end of my membership year (more than enough QF legs but not many SC). Would be tempted to spend the 120k points if offered though I have relied on DSC to get/retain WP so not sure if I’d be their intended target for such offers.

I wasn't offered but because I'd heard others had been offered I asked and they said yes
