Any Platinum Love on Chinese Partners?

I'm heading to China in the next few months and was wondering if instead of flying SQ there might be some Platinum love from some of the Chinese airline partners - Hainan, HK Airlines, Beijing Capital, Tianjin.

Has anyone flown with these carriers and can they report if you received priority boarding, exit row, bump up to Business, etc.

Pretty sure all of those airlines offer Priority check in, Priority boarding and extra baggage allowance for VA silver and above. The lounge situation is still very hotch potch though
