Any one at SYD Mon 20.3.17 near gates 54/55?

This afternoon, Monday March 20th 2017, at 3:15pm, my 2 children and I travelled on Jetstar flight JQ749 from Sydney to Launceston.
Within the terminal at gate 54 or 55 (due to a gate change [or possibly on the aircraft]) we have misplaced a black Kings snap back hat.
Normally I would let it go, but this hat has so much sentimental value to us, as it was given to our son by his father, (my husband) who tragically passed away in an accident a year ago.
I've notified the airline and they will contact me back within 24-48 hours if located, but I feel it's long gone now.
If you can please share this post to get the word out, we may be able to bring Braxton's hat home to him.

Do make sure you check with the airport. My other half left her purse with all her cards etc at SYD international a couple of years ago. It was handed in to lost property and was waiting for us on our return 4 weeks later.
