Booked on VA PER-MEL and SYD-PER in the Cheap Charlie seats which will earn 20 SCs each way. Booked on Air NZ in PE MEL-AKL-LAX-AKL-SYD. I'm VA Gold and am trying to work out whether I'll have enough SCs before December to maintain Gold - at this point in time I need another 350 SCs. On the MEL-AKL and AKL-SYD legs there is no PE - on the e-ticket MEL-AKL and AKL-SYD is booking class B. AKL-LAX-AKL is booking class A. I'd like to know whether I'll get 20, 40 or 60 SCs on the MEL-AKL and AKL-SYD legs. According to the VA website, travelling in PE AKL-LAX-AKL earns 120 SCs each way. Thanks.

MEL-AKL B class 40; AKL-SYD B class 40; AKL-LAX A class 120; LAX-AKL A class 120. 320 plus the 40 would be 360.

I agree with ywwol - I flew MEL-AKL-LAX in PE last year, and received 40 SC each for the MEL-AKL/rtn legs, and 120 SC each for the AKL-LAX/rtn legs.

Awesome. Thank you for your replies. I'm kinda liking Gold status and its nice to know I'll hang on to it until December next year at least.
