Hi,

Just wondering how to get some value out of a Flight Voucher expiring in the next couple of months. I should've used this for my Christmas flights, but anyways.

It's for $270 with $77 of change fees. It will let me pick OW or Return, but seems to only show flights based on a higher fare code bucket rather than the actual cost. I can't tell which fare code/bucket was involved in the original booking as it only shows the value. I'm not sure how the original MEL-BNE added up to 270 anyways.

Can you use this as a copayment for JASA? Might be wise to use it during DSC.

Qantas Credit Vouchers can only be redeemed on bookings:

You also can't use them for ASAs or Classic Awards I believe.

I think then you would get hit with fees again further diminishing your voucher. I have never tried that before however.

No that doesn't work, if you cancelled the newly booked flights the voucher would have the same expiry date.
