Hi all, First time poster, but long time reader - Is there a problem with the Amex points transfer to QFF as at 31/1/09 ? I know they said it may take a week or so - but it hasnt happened yet and Diners managed to do it quickly ?

I am guessing that you perhaps meant 31 March rather than 31 Jan and to QF?

I moved some day prior and they posted at QF within hours.

If so as you waited late there may have been a glitch....

If you did mean 31 Jan.....then yes there has been a major problem as they should have posted long agao.

Thanks for your reply - I did mean 31/3 - it was a typo - I will have to chase them up then.

Hi Cynthia, don't think you can do individual transfers from AMEX to QFF as of the 31st March... You have to now apply for direct transfer of all AMEX points to QFF rather than AMEX Affinity. Still can do it (I think) but there is an annual fee. Best advise you call QFF for details. BTW I have done that myself - all my AMEX points now go automatically to QFF. Cheers :D

Thanks for your reply - It was the direct sweep that we had applied for that didnt happen - It did happen eventually after a few phone calls and Amex couldnt explain why they hadnt done the transfer. Ahh the gremlins ! All is well now.
Thanks

According to Amex, all Amex Business Cards have 12 months before having to decide whether or not to sweep to QFF.
UNLESS , you have a Business card that is not a Business Card, like mine.

Confusing, sure is.
