Amex Points

Hi there, I am hoping for some guidance please.
I have Amex points avaialbe to transfer and am exploring which programme to transfer them to redeem flights.
I want to travel Business class to Europe in June 2024 and trying to work out which programme is best. I was intending on transferring to Emirates but from what I see they have have increased the amount of points required and added a huge fee of $3700.00 on top.
Thinking Velocity might be best to redeem Qatar but would love your input if you have better ideas?

Qatar is a great option if you're able to book as soon as redemptions become available. Though people with Avios may have snapped up a lot of the seats by the time Velocity gets them, so you'll need to be flexible on origin and destination cities/dates.

Thank you for your reply. Is it 330 days that QR redemptions drop in and if so, what time do they drop?
