Amex lounge entry [with 2 cards, 4 PAX]

Hi,
I have a Amex Qantas ultimate card which allows cardholder entry + 1 guest into the Amex lounge at T1 Sydney.
I also have a Westpac Altitude Black which allows cardholder entry +1 guest into the Amex lounge. Both allow children travelling with card holder free entry.

I'm travelling later in the year with Wife, 19yo son, and 14yo daughter.

Between the 2 cards, will I be able to get us all in to the Amex lounge.

The Amex card just has first initial and surname - which is the same for both me and the wife. Could she just use the Amex and I use the Westpac with +1 (son) and child for free ?

Should be fine. They don't seem too cough at the lounge, so just hand over both cards when you enter and tell them to take 4 uses off.
