Learned the semi-hard way
* Dining credits are on calendar year
* Travel credits are on membership year
I've never had these offers accept automatically - they seem quite difficult to use. And the advice from the chat "check your offers tab" incorrectly shows whether you have the offer or not.
So I hope others have better experiences.
