Do airlines all give out PJs in first even if it is a day flight or does it depend if only a night flight?
Talking oneworld carriers here

Omg. Edited as I totally misread the OP.

For first class, yes, in general PJs are offered on all medium haul flights and above. This would include AU to Singapore on Qantas, TATL for BA, and so on. Day or night flights no problem (in the unlikely event they’re not proactively offered, just ask).

(Business class is a different story, with really only QF offering them consistently, but even then mostly on night flights or ultra long haul day flights).

PJs are pretty thin on the gournd for business class - irrespective of OW or otherwise. QF is one of the notable in providing them, but usually only for overnight flights (and some very long day flights). Cathay and BA are notable for not providing them. You may get lucky depending on your flights for Qatar. In general, if not on Qantas, and not overnight... BYO.

You'll still get amenity kits for most airlines on anything mudium-haul upwards.
Though the OP asked about travelling in First. Not having done that for a day flight I don't know.

I recently flew in first from Sydney to Hong Kong on a day flight on Qantas and we were given pajamas
