Altitude Black travel service

Just wondering if any Black cardholders have used this service that comes with the card.
What are your impressions - costs (versus direct booking, bestflights, etc), availability, service.

Any feedback welcome. I just got the Black this month and researching at the other benefits apart from the points earn, which was the main reason.

not sure about the Black Travel Service, but i remember doing some research last year with the Altitude Travel, and the points costings for flights was absolutely ridiculous, certainly wouldn't have booked with them
